At Capo Cuoco, every board begins as carefully chosen hardwood, milled square and dry-laid for perfect grain flow. We bond each piece with Titebond Type III waterproof glue, then clamp for a full 24-hour cure. Next we plane and sand to thickness, trim to final size, and, when needed, route clean juice grooves and tray slots using precision jigs. The result: an heirloom-quality board built to perform and impress.
